The decision to drop Kuldeep

My observation from a long time is Kohli doesn't rate/like Kuldeep much. He rates Chahal highly.Dhoni doesn't either since kuldeep doesn't listen to him like a robot and has a mind of his own.

The reasoning would be batting depth. Not that Jadeja is anywhere close to Kuldeep as odi or t20 bowler. But it is an area of concern on batting wiclets and there is no good answer currently.

If that's the case, then Kuldeep should always play ahead of Chahal. Kuldeep is 10 times a better bowler than that midget and 100 times a better batsman.

Not such a bad move from world cup perspective. Kuldeep has some mystery about him and it's best that he is played occassionally till the world cup to reduce the video analyst scrutiny.

How much it takes to understand that he was rested?? he didn't miss a single match in Asia cup, even when 5-6 of them were resting in a game against Afghanistan he was there playing. He also played in both the testmatches , so its pretty obvious that he was rested.

Don't think he is dropped. It is more tactical as they are trying to find their players for wc. Kuldeep is a certainty.

Acc to Virat, Kuldeep was dropped for Jadeja as Jadeja lends balance to the side

Bumrah, Bk and Kuldeep are a certainty for the WC. Chahal too has more or less sealed his spot. I think India is looking for the 3rd pacer so all 3 pacers have played today and will probably be tested throughout this series. Chahal and Kuldeep will be rotated.

I fear Kuldeep won't be in playing eleven in most games since he is not liked by both Kohli and Dhoni.

I think this is the reason. Everybody knows bumrah and kukdeep are automatic of team selections in world cup.

 

No conspiracy around this.and the faCt that they don't think too highly of this series.its just time pass.
