Rahul at num 4

Kedar at num 5

Pant at num 6

Pandya at num 7

Doesn't look worst by any stretch of imagination..

Kedar at 5 is the big question mark also Rahul exactly hasn't done well, problem also coz from 8-11arise at no 8 and 9  power is missing even Pandya is inconsistent we should have tried Krunal or gowtham in place of jaddu and gopal or Rahul Chahar in place of chahal, even kishan should have been tried but... But.

I may be banned for saying this. But autocracy has taken over the country in the field of politics and cricket. Media can't openly speak against certain people and Dhoni is one among them. He is untouchable now. Agarkar was cornered, Bhogle was kicked out from commentary. It's scary. If a word against him these ppl would lose their jobs.The Donald Trump of  cricket ladies and gentleman. Obey or perish going against him.

No late middle order batsmen are standing out in our domestic scene / IPL, except possibly Pant who also bats in the top 5. All our exciting domestic batsmen are mostly top order players.

Not going to happen, but I'd like to play this combination for a few games to see how it goes ..

R Sharma

S Dhawan

K Rahul / P Shaw

* V Kohli

+ R Pant

H Pandya

K Jadhav

plus 4 bowlers.

IMO Kohli has to bat in the middle order for better batting balance of the team. He should have no problem switching from #3 to #4 because his fundamental batting design and the way he constructs his innings is suited to #4 too.
