Is Kohli closest to Don Bradman in terms of dominance?

Bradman entire career = purple patch .... other batsmen have replicated that in short periods

Because his career was short and his opponents variety were limited. For example for kohli hos first english series was something completely opposite to what he ever faced. Bradman didnt get that kind of variety

Ghanta his career was short.

Career spanned 20 years. War snatched a few prime years but he still came back and scored great.

Everyone knows that. If he had played more against minnows, his avg would have been 150+

My point is 3 teams only. Eng SA and WI, WI were not a great side as well. So its like Kohli playing all bis cricket against Eng Aus, SL and Afg during his purple patch. Uncovered pitches etc yeah but don was definitely much greater than his contemporaries after that it gets a little murky..

You can only play what is available .... it is not murky at all as there is an overlapping link: Bradman->Sobers->Gavaskar/Richards->Tendulkar/Lara->Kohli
