Nalkande last year in u19 challenger series was clocking 130-136KPH and Shivam Mavi was also clocking same speeds on those speed guns and even Nagarkoti was not touching 140 but we saw both Mavi and Nagarkoti cross 145 in U19 WC in NZ.  @express bowling

Mavi was bowling  133 k to 143 k.

Nagakoti was coming back from injury and not bowling at full speed.

Still clocked 131 k to 141 k.

Nalkande bowled 126 k to 136 k.

And all these speeds looked slow compared to what we were seeing visually.  Mavi looked really quick to the naked eye in that tournament.

PBN bhai ...  this is proper seam up bowling.  He is not just floating the ball in but trying to bowl with effort and hitting the deck with quite a few balls.

A batting allrounder does not need to be a 140 kph pacer.  A good batsman who can bowl a few good overs and keep things tight. .. and give rest to main bowlers, is good enough for test matches.  And in ODIs he needs to bowl 6 or 7 decent overs.

Mavi did not bowl 143, neither Nagarkoti. Nagarkoti quickest was 140. Mavi was clocked slower.

No.   We were discussing during that tournament how Mavi was bowling quicker than Nagarkoti because Koti was returning from injury.

No. I don't remember that. Mavi was actually slower barely crossing 137 but was looking quicker than shown. Same for Nagarkoti. Both quicker than shown on speed guns.
