well some are..though.. ...not just ATG...but GOAT contender level

People, esp from subcon who think in terms of black and white, will decipher that   .... Let's keep people like you busy with another one - "Abhishek Bachchan reminds me of Amitabh Bachchan", I guess now Abhishek has become an ATG contender or whatever per you :--D

@express bowling bhai. I know we are all talking about Krunall’s batting that stood out but what do you make of his bowling?

I felt he is a run of the mill darter like Imad Wasim with some subtle variations who may take a beating on flat pitches but will do well on pitches with assistance.

Batting at No.7,  Krunal will be the 5th bowler, with 4 other specialist bowlers from 8 to 11.

I feel that Krunal can be a good 5th bowler, economical and make pick wickets.   He may not work as a top 4 bowler ... but he won't be used as one.

No one is saying Krunall is an ATG. It is only that his approach was refreshing after years of watching guys like Dhoni,Jadeja block, lunge and “rotate” strike in the final overs and all that take it to the last over crap.

His attitude and approach is what is promising. Will he kick on or falter is to be seen.

I agree .... Krunal's assets are his ability to keep calm, play as per situation, take quick singles, get big hits in, look forward to taking on challenges, etc. (as I said it reminded me of Bevan) .... if I were his coach, I would ask him to set his aims high (not think of himself as a bits and pieces player) and try to model his approach to the game on likes of Bevan who mastered playing at those kind of positions by executing perfectly

so this video is supposed to make people see Krunal pandya in him lol.. ok..

Pant reminds me of Gilchrist :--D .... now decipher that in terms of ATG topic or hype or whatever your brain allows for .... and see the video below of Gilchrist (and think whatever you want on what it is suggesting)

PS reading what is above the video in the post you quoted should not be that difficult!

I think its too early to assess anything. One match means nothing. His fielding was a big minus. I havent followed him much, but if he has the ability to take a few wickets, then he surely can replace Jadeja. However, Jadeja has sort of, come of age now. I would certainly give more chances to Krunal in ODI's to prove his mettle.

In other news, I was having bhelpuri by the road yesterday. I bet it tasted just like caviar. Comparing it with the best so that you guys know what I am talking about.
