Why not   !

Manju loves stereotypes to live on ...

West Indies will have big fast bowlers and will win.

India will have medium paced swing bowlers and will lose.

Pakistan will bowl well.

India will bat well.

And Manju will be happy  !

Manju loves stereotypes.

He was showcasing on TV the   " Carribean extra bounce "  ...

1.  Picks the bounciest delivery by Oshane Thomas ...  picks a normal delivery by Umesh from a similar length and says that Carribean pacers are special this way.

2.   Picks our lowest bounce pacer, Umesh, to demonstrate this.

3.   Why not showcase   " Indian extra bounce "  when Bumrah was able to hit a 6'7" Jason Holder on the helmet or regularly bounce out the tall Windies batters.

4.   Why not point out the bounce that Khaleel is getting regularly bowling at 130 k even   !

He is just trying to compare Indian medium pacers and WI fast bowlers.. in his mind all Indians are  flimsy 5'2 lilliputs cause he is one.

there definitely were Donkeys managing the WI team else they had that fast bowler and Thomas , with holder also supporting..INDIAN batsman would have found it really tough.

bowlers they played in first test were STATE level bowlers . even if this guy bowled 10 overs a day , he would have got 2 wickets for sure...

it was DONKEYISH not to play thomas.

thomas is going to create trouble for us in the coming t20's also.

Manju got it right this time.

Manju may be pathetic but he is right, Thomas should have played both tests , his 10-15 overs in a day  are far more effective than all  other pathethic bowlers they had in their squad. He played first odi and then vanished also.

Thomas is averaging 41 in FC cricket and has picked less than 1 wicket per innings. Just because he can bowl at pace for 4 overs, doesn't mean he can do same in longer format for 40 overs per innings. If he has not been even decent in WI domestics longer format, what chance does he have in Internationals now?

Manju does not even follow Indian domestics, so no wonder he isn't following any other country domestic players but still has to vomit something.

6 matches. Also, Bishop (whom I believe has better judgement regarding fast bowlers than Manju) has said that Thomas hasn't developed the stamina yet for longer format. He needs atleast one or two seasons to do that.

At this point, Alzarri Joseph who has played 6 tests needs to be given more chances. He has the pace and FC experience to better develop than Thomas at this stage.

I don’t deny that Bishop knows more about fast bowling but West Indies have nothing to lose, they need to give players who might give them some edge more chances.

If it was up to me I would have played him both tests and all Odis. This guy looks like Shannon Gabriel when he started out

They played him in just two Odis.
