The sooner Shastri and Kohli realize that tailunt is an absolute liability outside Asia in tests, the better it will be for India. Unfortunately, knowing the utter lack of tactical acumen of those 2, we will keep picking this useless waste of space in the test side again and again and again before he ultimately flukes a 100 somewhere and then guarantees his spot for 50 tests.

It's like there's always a reason - experience, fast no-movement tracks in Australia suit his batting etc.

Yes, morons don't realize that Rohit is utterly terrible outside Asia in tests and is just not cut out for the format. Shastri and Kohli haven't learnt from SA where we could have won 2-1 if not for this fool stinking up the middle order with his crap.

Play bk as the extra batsman and the 4th seamer . Between bhuvi and ash/ Kuldeep ,you have a fairly decent tail.

Please not that trundler again who average 170 in Australian condition. I would better play vihari as part timer and he would still pick more wicket than this guy. Bhuvi's best time was in england but sadly he didn't take care of his fitness and missed the series.

I would rather pick Ashwin over bhuvi. Better batsman and better bowler too. Kuldeep is no mug with the bat either and should do well in bowling in Australia logically speaking. So kuldeep over bhuvi too.

Kuldeep>Ashwin>Vihari>bhuvi :phehe:

No need to abuse.

Everyone is here to put their thoughts across.

Everyone can use the troll vote.....it is not for your exclusive use.

Give me the reason for him to play with that pathetic avg of 170. And if his 30s are imp then play vihari who might score 50-60 atleast.

@Dil Dil India

bk has a better batting average than rohit in Sena.

Bk gives the fourth seamer option .

Last time bk was in australia..he was bowling with an injured ankle/ foot.

Dhoni had ground him to the ground in and after england and he was completely burnt out. Not a good series to judge him by.

Let him play a few matches in place of rohit since he is a more reliable bat .

Lets see if he is better now. If not with the ball,he is definetely better than rohit with the bat in Sena.If he doesn't do well with the ball, then selectors will have the reason to get newer players in place of him. Choosing him and benching him is neither good for him or the guys who could replace him .

This is just Rohit Vs bhuvi argument.

Lol every time he performs bad his fans says he is injured. I can understand him being injured sometime but how can his every bad performance mean he is injured or not fit? If he is not fit then why he should not play? that means he is risking that spot as well with injured player. Okay might agree that that he is better batsman than rohit but what about ashwin and vihari? who can do better than bhuvi in these conditions.

The guy was out for a long time after that series.....so it is the truth.

It is not his call if the captain and physio declare him fit. What is he supposed to do....say I won't?

The thread is not about Vihari.

Ashwin vs bhuvi depends on the wkt and conditions. If it favors swing ...definetely bk .....otherwise it is between ash/ kuldeep / vihari.

Bk is being propsed in place of rohit , not the spinner option.
