The rest of the wickets are from batsmen playing too early and lofting the ball. No clean bowled, no stumpings, etc to demonstrate his ability to outfox the batsman. Once it gets paid out then it is "laundered" since the frauds accounted for it - which they "earned" illegally/didnt pay tax.
