Win or lose they should be allowed to relax.If this is his way of relaxing nothing wrong with that at all.People need to stop acting like he is drinking with their money. Although details and penalties vary from state to state,drinking in public places directly outside licensed premises (and also in council-designated no alcohol zones) is illegal.
