By the way if kl Rahul somehow manages to find place in the squad it will only add to his humiliation, more memes will be circulated by his name than the runs he scored.

I know its different format but he looked shattered, should have been sent  to domestics to get some basics right, offstump game especially. Only domestic cricket can stop Rahul from becoming hahahul.

Aggarwal has done well and deserves his chance over Rahul but again shouldn't expect any sense from msk.

It's better to rest players from Australian ODIs. They are playing a weak side. We won't be able to say anything about our combination . NZ are likely to play full strength do it will be a better test .

Yeah that's true. Maybe they can just send in extra players? Let the main players be part of squad and just play 3 ODIs Vs NZ and then head back. We have to be a little more creative considering these ridiculous schedules I suppose. The team has been playing cricket non stop.

A good bowler in test will do well at least in first 10 overs or show his class

this is great news that siraj has replaced Sid Kaul and deeepak chahar in ODI line up.

 

in t20..Siraj or any genuine fast bowler except bumrah is not too good but good to rest bumrah and give him good rest as I think India will win ODI and T20 series. 

the only option for Australia to win is if they prepare FAST tracks as Kuldeep and Chahal will cook them if it Spins even a little.

if it's a fast track, India will be forced to play only 1 spinner.

strengths of Siraj-

 

fast pace

gets great bounce.

Is a bowler who looks good for test cricket so is a complete pace bowler in the lines of Shammi so if he suceeds a bit , he can be fast tracked into tests to replace Umesh.

He seems a powerful bowler not like khaleel who seems to lack STAMINA and Pace.
