flamy
It is effin annoying that I have to resign to an early exit from WC because the TM insists on Rayudu, Karthik, Dhoni for our lower middle order while other teams like Eng, NZ are packed with power hitters. I was wondering if Rayudu or Karthik have a poor showing, if that offers a glimmer of hope for us. Dhoni will have a gun IPL of course Then, IPL would really have saved Indian cricket. *sigh* velu 1 Link to comment
zen
Unless some of the top guns fire (like the test specialists in Aus), this could be an embarrassing World Cup Link to comment
flamy
The way Eng quickly figured out Kuldeep doesn't bode well for us. I have very low expectations, as of now. Link to comment
zen
Eng is usually feast or famine for us in ICC events 1975 famine 1979 famine 1983 feast 1999 famine 2004 CT famine 2009 T20 famine 2013 CT feast 2017 CT feast (final) Edited January 11, 2019 by zen velu 1 Link to comment

Besides, in the Test match too he never bowled more than 9 overs. Far too little evidence to suggest they have him figured out. I'm sure he will be a handful this WC. Link to comment

Pandya_Power
I can see a young pacer making it to the squad if he has a spectacular IPL and one of Khaleel, Siraj or Kaul botches his chances. Edited January 11, 2019 by Pandya_Power Link to comment
flamy
Oh, totally forgot Kaul. Khaleel, I'm not sure of yet. Link to comment
