He's in the second tier along with Mavi and Thampi right now. Tier 1 is - Siraj, Khaleel, Shardul Thakur, Sid Kaul, Deepak Chahar and Navdeep Saini. He did make his Test debut but was saved by his unfortunate injury. He is yet to be exposed in longer formats and hence will get picked till that happens. Link to comment
