Dealing with hacks in WC 2019

We always run into hacks and lose the plot.  Johnson from West Indies, Fakhar from Pakistan, That Afghanistan slogger. We just lose plot whenever there is a slogger in charge. We just have  a brain fade and start bowling even worse. No bouncers. No attempt to slow things down. 

We sorted that Fakhar slogger out by bowling short ball. But we may run into more than one in this world cup. How are we going to handle them?

Try bowling well and create pressure by not giving easy run. Simple step working since 1975 against all type of hacks.

We got a hack on our own, he would come down the track and slog to leg side. He is suppose to play at #4 position.

other hack is having good time these days but in worldcup it will be "hack.exe stopped working".

Get a feeling that one of the hacks like Maxwell or Russell will end his bowling career. These guys have enough power to hit through his low angle. He has been used very cleverly though so far but can just sense something will happen here soon.

There is not much of a career to begin with lol. He has probably bowled more overs in internationals than in List A. India will have nobody to bank on for 6th bowling option.

These hacks will be rolled by bumrah,shami and kuldeep.Bhuvi is not good enough t or fast enough to deal with them consistently.

Correct... Munro nd Guptill were tied down by Shami alone in odis...it's T20 format nthing to be taken seriously though lack of good reserve Bowlers is concern

This is going to be a problem. India often loses the plot when an unknown noob goes nuts.  Recent times

 

1) Honkong openers

2) Afghanistan slogger

3) Litton Das

4) Serfati

now this turner.

 

India looks quiet unimginative against these big hitters.

You forgot biggest hack in biggest loss for us. Fakhar Zaman in CT Final.

There is this "noob issue" as well. ANytime they run into a noob they look clueless. Look at Turner's T20 I record. It is 100 strike rate

I was amazed last innings was his highest score in list A cricket. The hack got away that day with dew.

It's true though, these hacks have a feel day against clueless captain. All hopes pinned on Kuldeep though

So it's clear just keep few hacks in your team while playing against india in worldcup if you got to win against us.

5 games are nto enough to judge anyone's SR.  Turner as an SR of 141 in BBL
