There were some pending resolutions that Pakistan wanted to discuss and hence Qureshi said some low level official would attend. Pakistan was probably a founding member of OIC and now OIC did not need to their request to block Indian presence. That is a diplomatic win for sure. Giving a lecture here is like preaching about returning stolen items in a den of thieves Also I do not like how Ind goes around trying to give lectures. People will listen to you if they think of you as a teacher.
