SK_IH
A pathetic innings which shouldn't go unnoticed. Imagine if it was Dhoni all hell would have broken loose. Rohit needs to be more proactive he can't plays at this selfish pace every time in a chase especially. Edited March 13, 2019 by SK_IH Clarke, beetle, Forever Indian and 3 others 1 5 Link to comment
Ankit_sharma03
More then these innings what concerning me is how fat he is getting and i said few yrs back it will start to affect his game as he grows old. His fielding effort can demoralize team players and this guy is suppose to be our next captain Frustrated, Gollum, Switchblade and 2 others 1 4 Link to comment
Turning_track
After Shikhar was gone, Sharma played a maiden off Cummins. It was nothing special, just decent balls he could've rotated strike but unnecessarily wasted those deliveries. SK_IH and beetle 2 Link to comment
Nikola
It wasn't selfish. He is just unable to rotate strike in powerplay or play against spinners these days. Cricketics 1 Link to comment

Rohit's batting is selfish. I am not advocating dropping him since he is one of the best amongst current ODI openers. He plays with same approach no matter pitch, conditions, bowlers or teams. He doesn't play according to the merit of the ball. It's clear his safety first approach and not team first. Frustrated, beetle, Turning_track and 4 others 7 Link to comment

He is unable to play even after plowerplay overs these days. If he can't make himself fit i will drop him for first few matches and play someone else. Issue is even dhawan has been found out so it's about who is worst these days. beetle 1 Link to comment

Clarke
He seems to assume Dhoni's tuk tuk responsibility in his absence. Last game, he started accelerating after 25+ overs while we had lost no wickets. Link to comment

Are you seriously suggesting Rohit is the culprit here? 6.5 in the last 14 with 5 wickets down should be chased by any half-decent squad. He more than held one end when others were falling around him. Look not a match winning knock by any stretch of imagination but least of our problems Link to comment

Frustrated
Hitman has gained too much weight and can barely run. Not good sign before the WC. I think his good performance in the asia cup made him very complacent. And he thinks he is irreplaceable as an opener. TM now has more questions than answers. beetle and Nikola 2 Link to comment

I just commented on his style of batting which is quite accurate. I'm yet to watch game highlights to draw conclusions on match ka mujrim. Link to comment

SK_IH
I hope after the WC, Ind changes it mechanical approach towards opening and batting in general. Shaw should come into the setup and let's make use of PP restrictions instead of 10 overs 40 runs every damn match Gollum, Clarke, Frustrated and 4 others 1 6 Link to comment
