Unlike India, SL takes national security very seriously and they are battle-hardened. Lankan govt isn't indecisive like ours, their police/army and other relevant agencies will get a free hand....ruthless aggression is a guarantee. That's because Sri Lanka is a mono cultural society like Japan, easier to make decisions because you don't need to worry who gets offended. After watching the F 16 drama no one will deny that India is a tough country to handle.

I also firmly believe that Islam as religion has hate teachings in Quran and Sunnah. Actually these teachings were also found in Christianity and Judaism (bible), I don't know about Hinduism well, but I have my doubts that such madness could also be found in the Hindu Sacred texts too. At least the hate against the low castes is already present there. There is no way possible to "change" the sacred texts. But good thing is that people are turning away from all this hatred in the sacred books of Christianity/Hinduism. Among Muslims too, there is a group which want to run away from these hatred preaching verses in name of interpretation. But they didn't succeed while Islam is a new religion and hate speech is too much present in it's sacred texts, and numbers of extremists are too much to handle. In this long long list, ........ almost ALL are SALAFI Organistaions (no Shia, no Barailvi, no Sufis) But still Islamic Iran has Sharia which is almost as bad as of Salafi origin. Gollum
In 2016 there were bomb attacks targeting Christians on Easter Sunday in Lahore, Jamaat-ul-Ahrar were responsible for that. Their holy day has been reduced to a gory bloodbath yet again, sad.

No there's not actually, caste system was devised to segregate people based mainly on their jobs - it devolved onto something very sinister, heck caste system is also present in Pak & Bangladesh. In terms of discrimination against other faiths, Hindu or "Hinduism" based religions are probably the most tolerant of all mainstream religions. That's from whatever little I know of Hinduism. The biggest problem comes when people treat their version of "evil" as something worth attacking, this is at times based on greed & others times vengeance for instance after religious riots. US bombed Iraq/Afghanistan for 9/11 retribution & fake WMDs, then the Ummah started taking revenge for killing their brotherhood. The terror explosion worldwide, wasn't necessarily US' fault but their haphazard handling of 9/11 & double standards especially wrt Saudis has ensured that peace between the believers & infidels is a fleeting dream for at least the next half a century! Don't shoe-horn US into the mix. The islamists were bombing in India, Phillipines, Israel etc. decades before 9/
