On a day where they lost a wicket on the first ball, lost Jos Buttler for almost nothing, lost 2 wickets just when they were starting to run away, lost Morgan at a time where they would be starting to attack - England are still sitting pretty at an innings run rate of about 6.  And in the worst case, stumble to 325+.
