SA, NZ even WI can host world cups.

Pakistan game will start but rain later so no result. Unless you bowl first and bowl them out for- 200 in less than 30 overs

As per the weather forecast, rain is likely to subside by lunch time on Thursday which means at least a possibility of a curtailed game remains
