Ever tried? In my school days my athletics coach made me consume sattu+water (no sugar) first thing in the morning. Never had it as beverage, more like protein drink. Alam_dar
And then there is Basel Seed Drink. I think it is known as Tukhm Malinga in Pakistan. Normally, it is present in Falooda. Actually people consider Basel seeds only as refreshing drink, but they have amazing health benefits, especially for the athletes. I have this feeling that our older generations got some really healthy summer drinks. While our younger generations are drinking mostly harmful drinks like Cola and Pepsi.
