Cricketics
Question for Yuvraj - How easy/diifficult was it to request BCCI for permission to play here? Did you wait for retirement to be out of the BCCI payroll to commit here or you had worked things out before with BCCI to play here? Gayle - Having played league cricket all over the world and played against Bowlers from many associate nations, what do you think is the bowling level of players from these Associate nations having faced them enough now. We have seen bowlers from Americas region from Canada, USA do well in Carribean Premier league too where you play a lot. Do you think other big leagues need to take more punt on the players from associate nations and pick them in the squad just like CPL has done in Carribbean and also GPT20 have done here in Canada? Hope he can play a few good innings in the remaining games. Link to comment

Pandya_Power
Just caught the highlights of Yuvraj's second game. Must say I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of cricket on display - on par with other T20 leagues (even IPL & BBL). The pitches had decent bounce as well. Link to comment

SecondSlip
Relocating this league from King City to Brampton was a masterstroke from the organizers. Brampton has a massive Indian Punjabi population. They will love seeing their boy Yuvi playing live in front of them. Vilander and Cricketics 2 Link to comment
Sandeep99
The only reason Indians are remotely interested in this is the presence of Yuvraj.. nevada 1 Link to comment

The man is a match winner and scored when it mattered unlike a useless choker who piles up centuries when no one cares and fails when chips are down. Great move by the organizers indeed.
