Indian Cricket Gossips feat Vikrant gupta

Recommended Posts

Even though its  a pathetic show but this episode turns fun when they start to share gossip from current Indian team which they get to knw on tours. Vikrant gupta might be an idiot of highest order but his sources of inside news are generally good

Few of the gossips they share

  • After India win in australia , One of the team member told the whole team to look into the eye of every ex indian cricketer coz they achieved something which those ex players cudnt
  • Last England tour , one of the players got pissed off as his family member was made to sit among common public

They know many more secrets but they hide it. They were talking about something related to worldcup and last year's eng tour as well.

yea they do ...... players only leak secrets to them. Vikrant has mentioned a lot of times that ganguly has told him a lot of inside news specially during Kohli-kumble saga

The entitlement syndrome in some many of the current lot is unbelievable, where the eff were they when they had to chase sub 200 scores against SA, Eng? They've faced the worst SA side since readmission, arguably the worst Eng side in the last 10 years & (statistically) the worst Oz side in 100+ years & they're boasting the achievement as if they climbed Everest with two legs tied behind their backs :hysterical:

Dada and Vikrant are close friends..Vikrant did a special show on Ganguly Chappel saga..more than 2 hours worth..see it if you get a chance..lots of things were discussed..ganguly was kicked out because all were pissed with dalmiya raj and when rs mahendra was the bcci president everybody knew it would be his last term..so they jumped on ganguly..i guess ganguly was lucky india were in the midst of bedlam during those 7 months..lost to pakistan 1-0 in pakistan, then in odi against windies they started off well and chappell said something insulting windies and they then lost the odi series..also before that they lost the mumbai test to england and series was drawn -1-1..then came the south africa tour where they were hammered in the odi s..all fell to place and ganguly was recalled..media also played its part..some making villain some making hero out of ganguly..then ganguly did this pepsi ad..dadako bhule to nahi..all these led to his recall and he became the best player of india in next two years..all these things were discussed in that show

We also missed two of our best pacers in Bumrah and BK in England series. BK in English conditions is as good as any. Bumrah missed early tests. BK whole series. And you are talking like we had our best team in history in those tours. All teams were pretty evenly matched and when that happens, home team will win most of the time.

Who's fault was that - let me see see England - nope, Brat :om:

The best bowling lineup ever, right - like you & many others have claimed? What about the opposition in SA & especially Oz, need I remind you of them?

what was wrong with SA? SA had a very good team.  All of their main players except Steyn who played one game played.  Same with Aussies.  No team beats opposition at their home when they are at their strongest.

but in the past Indias best available failed against Aus best available no matter what, this time they did not. We should learn to be happy when team wins.

2004 Australian series where India won one test that too due to super human efforts of Laxman and Dravid. Lee for two tests, jason for three tests and Brad Williams and Bracken as fast bowlers.Lee was nowhere near what he became in 2007.Ganguly still boosts as if it was big deal.

Kohli's team would have won the series 3-1 if not for rain and they won Aussies in two formats .But if he or Shastri talk about it as their achievement it is totally wrong.

We drew against Oz in 2003/04 that was the strongest (test) batting lineup every assembled, with just one world class bowler in Kumble. If there was DRS back then we would've won, same was the case in 2007/08 so let's not pretend that this achievement is something like the Blackwash or something.

Everyone is happy when the team wins, though putting the achievements of past greats down is not happiness! With the talent at their disposal & the relative lack of talent in SA, Oz this team should be dominating world cricket not limping it's way to victories with an understaffed opposition
