By that time India just has to make sure it is completely defenceless in air. Then even a hint of using nukes and whole world will send their jets and strategic bombers or even missiles to bomb every possible nuclear site in Pakistan. If any country does so that country will get no support at all from other nations and will be wiped out when the opposition country which is stronger retaliates with multiple nuclear bombs. Nuclear war is just a diversion tactic to divert attention from what has happened regarding Kashmir recently. Soon the Pakistani crowd will realize Imran could do nothing after BJP removed article 370. Imran Khan has just realized how hopeless he was even after a month has passed since a major decisions by Indian government. Pakistan may not have best air defense system in place but when it comes to attack with their F-16s they have clear advantage over our Soviet era vintage plans. Well someone talking facts based on incidents needn't be a Pakistani. They had a shot down plane to show while we couldn't take down any of their planes despite being completely aware about a possible retaliation.
