Power sharing at best between Srini and Thakur. Thakur got Ganguly and Shah son in higher positions. Srini is getting his minions in place in other positions.

Another lightweight. Has played 9 tests and 16 ODIs. Has never come across as someone who can independently take decisions. Only good thing is because he does commentary for domestic cricket, he's likely to be aware of the key performers and youngsters with potential.

 

Vengsarkar or More would have been great fits. Did their job brilliantly in their last terms. Another opportunity missed.
