Think kohli has got fired up with ganguly comment - don’t have trophies to show for . Also with grandpa no longer there hopefully, we are beginning to experiment and give players a chance 

 

no 1 issue - powerhitters 

 

glad to see dubey pant and even jadeja given a chance . Yes they ain’t a Simmons but definitely tonk the ball 

in similar vein ,once pandya is back it will be a better 6 hitting machine . 
 

no 2 - lack of urgency by openers 

 

glad to see rahul backed up . Sharma will be useful on aussie pitches . Noticed kohli hitting aerial flicks and drives - it’s a new dimension and I think it augurs well 

 

no 3 bhuvi chahar given chance . Hopefully saini and maybe krishna or some other bowler who can tonk also given a chance 

 

no 4 

 

depth of batting being addressed . Sundar , shreyas gopal etc need to be given a chance 

 

no 5 

 

t20 being taken seriously 

 

I think we will reach the finals in t20 . Hopefully we manage it - aussie england and West Indies are other three who will reach semis .
