Stan AF
277/9 @ close of play. Considering they were 111/5, Saffers have done well. Link to comment
putrevus
111/5 to 277/9 .If they are all out 140-150 match was over .It is so important to find bowlers who are okay with bat too, that does mean load up the team with bits and pieces players. They do need to have some sort of ability with bat, that has been the downfall for India in both their two tours of SA and England. Edited December 26, 2019 by putrevus Link to comment
Stan AF
Yeah bro. Quinton was the main man. Philander can always bat. He has like 8 test 50s or something. Don't know much about Pretorius until today. 3 minutes ago, putrevus said: 111/5 to 277/9 .It is so important to find bowlers who are okay with bat too, that does mean load up the team with bits and pieces players. When India play at home Ashwin and Jadeja provide that buffer while being very potent with ball along with odd cameos from fast bowlers. That is why India is almost unbeatable at home these days and I don't think any team in history (1980s WI or 2000s Aussies) will beat this Indian team at home in a series. They have all bases covered. adi B
This is a pretty good score tbh ,which will get uneven as the game progress. England chose to bowl considering how green the pitch was but they didnt Male it count at all Stan AF 1 Link to comment
