I am not convinced that they are the best in this country at this age group. Other than Jaiswal and Tyagi everybody is bang average and won't get even in the squad of last time. Makes you wonder if those who have been selected is due to nepotism & corruption. This can't be the best of the U-19 talent in a billion plus country. adi B 1 Link to comment

They certainly can be, you have to understand that pressure at the highest level is immense & immeasurable. In fact defying pressure to perform against well is against the odds, technically speaking way more people will fail in such tasks than succeed & as you'd have seen in our 60/50 over WC history pressure is the one constant that makes or breaks teams! Forward Defence
Bangladesh's biggest hurdle in this chase will be the pressure of winning their first major tournament. But they are overwhelming favorites here Link to comment

The pressure is definitely there and u19s may not be as mature as main team to handle that. But purely ability wise this team lags behind. Note that pressure is same for the opponents as well. They were very disciplined all through. Jaiswal handled pressure pretty well while he was there. Rest of the team could not and lacks that maturity. Handling pressure is part of your ability and determines your performance. Link to comment

prudent_kreeda
Feel Bangla batters would have prepared themselves for the kind of bowling Indian do . They would be ready with a plan against short stuff . Since there is no RR pressure , should not be tough for them to execute it. Link to comment
