Disappointed should have picked another bowler instead of shubman Gill.  They could have tested bumrah and tried someone like Siraj

He was not exhausted. Part of the reason is poor preparation, not taking NZ test series seriously enough. Other part is NZ bowlers and conditions got the better of him. Simple as that.

 

In any case, this ODI series is meaningless as can be. Dont think he will rest and let go of an easy opportunity to score a few meaningless hundreds to jack up his stats and boast of winning record.

We are risking injuring him.

 

Bumrah has played every match after returning from injury.  Every T20I and ODI.

 

Ishant and Shami are already injured.  

 

Where is our workload management  ??
