Cricketics
Swapnil Asnodkar is in the right team in IPL.. very well handled by Shane Warne. Given chance to him by Warne, and he has stood up in every game.. played well till now. Opens along side smith for Rajasthan nice to see a Goan player in IPl.. not many are seen playing in Higher Divison..
Ram
Havent seen him play but he has played a couple of useful knocks. ANY domestic player who does well in IPL is someone to look out for, given the extremely high quality of matches.
Shehezaada
looks very nice and compact at the crease...best cutter of the cricket ball since Shiv Sunder Das
The Outsider
He is pretty fearless and not in awe of the tournament of the reputations of his opponent.

amits
rajasthan should also look at signing s s das as well. looking at some of his recent scorecards das was also seen scoring quickly. and rajasthan is the only team for whom s s das can do well
Gambit
Had Tony Greig been commentating in IPL, he would have kept going on about Asnodkar's resemblance to his favourite 'Lil Kaaluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu'.
Zakhmi
He has shades of Tendulkar in his batting strokes :omg: what a comparision! He seems to be very lucky guy!! plays with straight bat, I think!!! He is pretty fearless and not in awe of the tournament of the reputations of his opponent. :two_thumbs_up: another Viru in its making, I guess. Havent seen him play but he has played a couple of useful knocks. ANY domestic player who does well in IPL is someone to look out for' date=' given the extremely high quality of matches.[/quote'] definitely, he must be assured of his consideration due to his responsible attitude and game. fineleg
From Cricinfo: An attacking, diminutive opener, Swapnil Asnodkar has been one of Goa's leading run-getters. The 2007-08 Ranji season was his best - he scored 640 runs at 71.11 with a personal best of 254 not out, against Railways. However, his feats went largely unrecognised, with Goa featuring regularly in the Plate League. He shot to prominence in the IPL, where his fearless style evoked memories of Sri Lanka's Romesh Kaluwitharana and won the praise of his captain Shane Warne. Wishing Swapnil Asnodkar the best of luck going forward! India will do well to get a good attacking ODI batsman. BTW - is Asnod-"kar" originally of Maharashtra origin or far from it?
