Isnt there a feel good factor about India in this world cup

Guys.. Dont you sense an air of positivity about india's chances this cup , what with many experts saying that we have good chance this time. we went to 99 as good batting team and 03 as team not in good form. This time though , things have definately fallen into place. This might our best chance to win the up yet....
