Yuvraj4Captaincy
Dhoni batted poorly in the last few overs and the move to send in chamara. They had plenty of wickets in their hand and should hve gone for a plenty more. I guess he was playing for his average.
fineleg
Crappara Schmuckagedera  And MSD needs to take the blame for sending the useless above Badrinath. SB hit a 4 in the 2 balls he faced.
DomainK
Chill guys, I think CSK did well for coming thus far and making such an exciting match of the final. They deserve some cheers.:two_thumbs_up:
Predator_05
Chennai had enough runs on the board, after all - it went down to the last ball. Madharlichutharan and Balaji were the ones who really lost it for Chennai. Both of them bowled tripe and got punished for it

jf1gp_1
Instead of crucifying Dhoni chennai fans should be happy that they came so close to winning. Last week this time CSK was struggling to even making it to semi's. So stop finding someone whom you can blame for your lose.

Looking at the situation, when chennai had so many wickets, they should ve got more. AFTERALL its twnety 20 and not any amounts of run are nuff. You gotta go acc to the situation and chennai could have easily got 20 runs mroe had dhoni batted better and played strokes. and badrinath before silva. Yuvraj4Captaincy
Well certainly it was a betetr game. Better than the one sided games of semis but then those teams end up on losing side. I think chennai if they got to 175-180 would have easily won and it was on the cards.

umpire
chennai lost theory part II It was South Africa effect. Chennai had two south africans (Ntini and Morkel). whereas RR had none. So two chokers v/s one. They had to lose :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
Predator_05
Morkel was simply outstanding. His whirlwind innings was cut short by some outrageous fielding and his bowling was fast and furious; hauling Chennai back into the game with those crucial wickets. They should do whatever they can to hold onto him.

IndianRenegade
Here comes pathetic Yuvi fans to crucify Dhoni, of course he made a mistake by sending in Kapu... but It takes a great effort to come this far, with the kind of team he had after the departure of oram, Haydos, & hussey. He has done a remarkable job! Of course there are errors that led to the loss. They will have to sort it out when they come next season, but it is not the time to point fingers. Even after the Kapu mess there where a number of occasions where chennai could have thumped RR but others messed it. But it is just not the time to point fingers. And Dhoni has really impressed me with the way he handled the situation after the loss. When was the last time you have seen a team get into a huddle after a loss? They are shattered and normally disperse away. But Dhoni really got them together and showed they are together in defeat! And they way Dhoni avoided the question on the turning point was also good. Many would have obliged and pointed one out! But Dhoni realised doing so would crucify the ones involved in those situations! This should effectively shut the doors on the people who think Dhoni blames others and takes credit away from others! Remember I am not saying Dhoni hasn't blamed others at times but he has learned well... thats good!
