Pakistan make short meal of South Africa

So much for South Africa's ODI form and top contenders for the World Cup  It was an absolutely comfortable win for Paksitan. They have shot Saffies out in less than 50 overs with a bowling line that lacks lot of their top bowlers. Guess what, Sami has been unleashed :hic: The eternal flop Sami rose to the occassion by not only picking 2 wickets but also gave away only 13 runs off his 5 overs. It is a different thing he gave away 3 extras though :hic:

Re: Pakistan make short meal of South Africa the numbers tell only the half of the story... the SA coach was heard complainin tht it was a tale of two pitches... wet and unplayabl when SA batted and dry and easy paced when Pak batted.. they even had to stop th match fr smtim when SA batted it seems..

Re: Pakistan make short meal of South Africa the bottom line is SA gained more from tht match than paki did... if u think, sami and gull were more successful than ntini and co, it has to be the pitch.... but then again, i like YK coming in at number 3....

Re: Pakistan make short meal of South Africa A win is a win no matter what the number says and the number doesn't. Pakistan has had two wins in a row while Saffies have lost 2 in a row. Even if you play your best cricket and lose in the end it doesn't build confidence. A win always works in a positive way, no second thoughts to it.
