But still he was quite fashionable and many of my girl friends considered him still too hot. So I can understand what he must have been when he played Bond. I have seen a few of his Bond movies and I consider him the best bond ever. Interestingly, Moor has played Bond in more movies than Sean Connery has. One more to be exact- 6 and 7. Moor was a smart looking bond, but I guess he was too good looking and less tough. Not quite the perfect balance that Connery was. After Sean Connery, my next most favorite Bond is Pierce Brosnan. Smart, charming and tough. I liked him in every Bond movie he has done. Daniel Craig is an average Bond for me. He is the new look of bond. The first ever hard working bond, the first bond who wears a t-shirt occasionally and not always in the perfect suit and tie with a Poirot like symmetry. But he is not as charismatic as Connery or Brosnan. Though its too early, he might be better in Quantum of Solace. Who is your favorite Bond? I think he changed the character of Bond with his mannerisms in Casino Royale but he's a pretty cool Bond. George Lazenby only acted in "On her majesty's secret service" so its not fair to compare him to other guys. That said I didn't really like Timothy Dalton all that much either. THX_1138 Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 Daniel Craig is the most 'damaged' of all Bonds... betraying emotions... which is awesome and fits in with respect to where his character is with respect to the chronology. I saw a sneak peak of A Quantum of Solace... and he is just bloody awesome. But the thing is, you cant compare him to the other Bonds since their character was quite developed. And out side of Tomorrow Never Dies, the finest, detached, emotionally devoid, calculating and charming bond has to be Roger Moore. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
