Best way to tackle part timers?

I've had enough of Rainas, Rohits and Hodges bowling 4 overs of part time spin for 20 odd runs. What do you think is the best way of extracting more runs without losing too many wickets? a) It seems that mindlessly going for 6s isnt working out. Maybe 4s is a better option. B) Coming down the wicket is an option...can it be combined with something where you threaten that you are coming down the wicket but eventually move on your backfoot and look for a cut or a pull? c) Probably just staying still and on the backfoot might open up the pull? Btw, who has been the most effective against part timers? If you were playing for your college and there was a part timer coming to bowl what method would you use to get some cheap runs?

if an offie, the paddle sweep should work.(the part timers are just looking to stop runs so dart the ball in,making the shot easier) for leggies/left arm spinners getting in the line n slog sweeping might work

part timers spinners dont usually have a big repertoire in their arsenal-you can easily unsettle them when you hit their stock delivery for a boundary or move around in the crease-ofcourse you can also lose 4 wickets in an over like they did against Rohit sharma.
