Ram
Glenn is my man... Much ridiculed during the CB series... I clearly remembr during one of the matches where he dropped a couple of catches.. bowld badly.. and every body was sayin -- its time for glenn to go. And therev even this talk of him being replaced by Stuart Clarke in the playing eleven. But look at this world cup... simply outstanding. -- 18 wickets at an average of 14 and strike rate of 18 !!! -- hail the pigeon.. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Re: Glenn Mcgrath -- Cometh the hour , cometh the man.... People like him, Hayden and Sanath who have answered critics about age and retirement. Are a prime example to all those sachin retirement bandwagon idiots! Link to comment
Bumper
Re: Glenn Mcgrath -- Cometh the hour , cometh the man.... There is simply no better clutch bowler in this world than McGrath. Its one thing to make a statement to the media & entirely another to go out there & back it up. When McGrath retires, all batsmen can breath a lot easier. Link to comment

Gambit
Re: Glenn Mcgrath -- Cometh the hour , cometh the man.... ^^ Yup. Lara with an average of just 30 in his last 50 ODIs, with a humiliating world cup, has gracefully retired. Link to comment

Lara with an average of just 30 in his last 50 ODIs, with a humiliating world cup, has gracefully retired. Bottom line: Is Lara still good enuff to play for WI ? Yes Will he be picked as a batsman by the selectors if he wants to continue ? Yes Yet, he chose to quit ODI cricket to prolong his test career. Thats what i expect SRT to do. Instead our man is lining up for his next 20-20 game. Link to comment
yoda
Re: Glenn Mcgrath -- Cometh the hour , cometh the man.... Sachin should retire from tests and focus on just 20/20s and may be ODIs. Link to comment

KGWicK
Re: Glenn Mcgrath -- Cometh the hour , cometh the man.... In my opinion, Glenn comes right after Akram. They both are the best bowlers in the history of cricket. Really amazed that Glenn is still capable of performing in such a way. As for Sachin, he should focus more on ODI's. Link to comment
