So, how many times you wished while researching a subject that you could find beyond what is popular? May be an obscure study report on the subject that can be actually more enlightening than what wikipedia or the obvious top sites have to offer? Here is a search engine that produces search results eliminating the top 1 million popular websites. The results can be brilliant if you are researching a topic. http://millionshort.com/

i LOVE the onion news network ! especially their horoscope section :--D also, the American Voices, where they pretend to take opinions from different people, but it's always the same 3 people but with new names and professions :D
Yes. Onion is one of the best fake news outlets out there. But then Fox and most other mainstream media are also catching up well with them. We have India TV and a few other news channels here in India which will even put Onion news to shame in terms of fake news generation. :giggle:

have you guys heard of www.what.cd it's a private tracker site very exclusive requires elite knowledge of music and pop culture...my geeky friend is part of it and says he gets albums and cds sometimes a week before its release
yes :winky: but its pain in the ass to seed there fkn had to download taylor swift album to seed back and get a good ratio :hysterical:

Yeh, I searched so hard for an invite, luckily managed to get one off an ICFer. But its too difficult to seed back. Inactive account - disabled

This is not a good thread at all. :headshake: It's called information overwhelming. When it comes to finding information, first think what actually you need, then just google it (of course you have to learn how to use google effectively). That's the only thing you need to do. Saving information, websites beforehand by thinking that they'll be useful in the future is a time wasting trait. Unless of course people post only the really really interesting (kind of rare to find) websites here. :P But :hail: OP for the 1st link. :secret:
