yoda
Re: Any cooks here? I am a cook and a good one I am told (by my wife ). But can do only limited stuff, mainly south indian. Not big on experimentation. Have invented a couple of my own recipes, but mainly stick to making traditional standard dishes tasty.

[/quote'] Seriously, ... I'm okay. Not as versatile as I should be--but I have great instincts. Even on my first try cooking something new, I usually don't screw up. Western dishes are easy as hell, but the Indian stuff takes more time, so I generally stay away from the complicated stuff.

You won't survive for long on that diet, Varun. Those arteries are clogging up pretty fast. Get a wife. Better still, get a mistress who cooks. Dhondy
Re: Any cooks here? Damn! Now I am envious of you. I like the yellow bit too much, hence have to restrict myself to one egg a day. And even that's over the recommended limit.
