EnterTheVoid
Aqua, I recommend all of them, but to begin with, you can start with "Nothing else matters" by Metallica, a truly beautiful piece and of my favourites.

Gunner_Mania
yay! :D okay' date=' pick one song tht you think i might like.. i'll give it a try first.. :D[/quote'] Try Hotel California by the Eagles, and November Rain by GnR. You will go to heavn and return just with the guitar pieces and then of course you can also try God's favourite - Sultans of Swing - Dire Straits. Gambit
The only concert I've ever been to was a Ricky Martin one. :fail: I know. Would love to go to AC/DC, Jethro Tull, RHCP and Metallica concerts. Ones I would have killed for but obviously cant go now to, are Nirvana and MJ. EnterTheVoid
Regarding Deep Purple's smoke on the water, I used to play the acoustic guitar, and the main theme is really simple, only a matter of a few very simple chords progressions. That, or you could play the single notes. U2 is another of my favourite bonds, the music is soulful, the lyrics are meaningful, one band that I definitely want to see live. Them, along with Metallica, Black Sabbath and AC/DC. I used to listen to Linkin Park, I thought their albums "Meteora" and "Hybrid Theory" were very good. Then they went all soft with their next album, "Minutes To Midnight", and I stopped listening to them.
EnterTheVoid
The german band "Rammstein", they know how to entertain an audience, what with their insane pyrotechnics and all. The lead singer, Till Lindermann, is a licensed pyrotechnician - Grab a hold of their performance of their song "Ich Will" on MTV where he wears this face mask that is mounted with a flame thrower. Sooda
Yeah man, though that pretty much exhausts my list of rock concerts. You should ask Salil he's seen some great bands live Plus all those were seen in the last two years, none before that hehe. AC/DC would be mad I imagine, they toured here a while ago an tickets sold out in like 2 mins or something.
