Ranjha
Is he the difference for Bengalis? They looking good with their bowling unit.
ViruRulez
I agree... they have changed a lot since last year .. KKR was one of most indisciplined bowling lineup last year and they are looking extremely disciplined this year round .. Akram was a great bowler and he would certainly be a good coach .. anyways a lot of bowlers in the past has also increased after his tips... so he would definitely make an impact
Zelig
I think Dav Whatmore has also done a great job with this team. And a special mention on SRK as well..he seems to have calm down a bit, a thing or two to learn for PeeZ:popcorn:
SSJ4Kakashi
Akram along with a change in attitude and captain are the reasons for :kkr: success.
vvvslaxman
Combination of Whatmore and Akram i should say. But Angel Matthews form is also key.
Show_stopper
I don't see any improvement in Ishant's bowling form.
ViruRulez
I don't see any improvement in Ishant's bowling form. I felt Ishant bowled quite well in both the match .. he did not improve his pace but his line and length was good .. he was economical by T20 standards in both the matches
Serani
I don't see any improvement in Ishant's bowling form. its pretty impossible to judge a bowlers form in IPL, if you watched the game and saw the beating Steyn took you would not think he is the best bowler in the world. Show_stopper
.. he did not improve his pace .. We have noticed this before. Ishant will not be able to retain his place in the side if he isn't going to be bowling close to 90 mph again. There are better medium-pacers than him, if that is what he is planning to become. Sachinism
Langeveldt and Mathews are extremely good limited overs bowlers anyway. Kartik came good and Ishant has been bowling well, don't know whats come over him, I don't think I'd give all the credit to Wasim that easily
Ranjha
I think Akram is a big difference...They have the confidence in their bowling now...Their batting though, isn't exceptional.

Watson87
Credit goes to Akram, as a bowling unit they flopped big time but after Akram's arrival they look more disciplined, Ishant has improved under Akram. He was crap under Bichel, hope Sir Aggy gets a game, would love to see him bowling now.

DomainK
I wont mind if Akram becomes our national bowling coach. I hope Ishant makes use of this opportunity to sort out all his problems.

DomainK
i wonder y the pakistanis dont enlist the help of wasim.....anyways... their loss' date=' coal cutters gain[/quote'] There was a time when Akram offered his services, PCB refused. Then there came a time when PCB was willing but Akram was not- mainly because PCB was in such a mess that it was useless to try and help. When Akram helped Irfan Pathan and ZAK, there was a huge outcry in Pakistan on how Akram is helping the rivals and not his own countrymen. Later in an interview Akram said that he helped Pathan because he came to him and asked for his help. Pakistani bowlers however never ever sought his advise. The players are arrogant, the board is in a mess. No one can help them.
