Sir john Posted September 19, 2010 Share Posted September 19, 2010 In a surprising move, Emami Ltd has served a legal notice on Arbaaz Khan Productions for using “Zandu Balm†in the latest Salman Khan blockbuster “Dabanggâ€, citing copyright infringement. The Kolkata-based firm's move is against the usage of the firm's “Zandu Balm†in the hugely popular item number “Munni Badnaam†in the movie. "We have issued a legal notice to the production company for using our brand (Zandu) in the song. It is a case of Copyright Infringement," Emami director Mohan Goenka said.
