It's pretty relevant. There is zero work ethics and accountability. It's actually a free for all. Try to think of the 'delays' in completeing the project in NCR in general and w.r.t CWG. It was bound to happen.
No, and let's not get into this north vs south debate. As despite being from north India, I am an Indian and respect South India very much so should you. Your zero work ethics and accountability is poor statement given the good infrastructure already in that area. It shows work can be done but just do not use this CWG as an opportunity to attack North Indians as it was due to a more organizational(high level) failure.

I was just thinking about it' date=' earlier. Hyderabad or Chennai or even Bengaluru. Corruption is everywhere. But I feel the work ethics are strongly adhered to down South. No offense but I have found the Delhiites (combination of people from Haryana, Punjab, Rajastha, UP etc.) deadly corrupt, zero work ethics and street smart. I've been to Delhi few times and really had very bad experience every time to the extent that I have decided to never ever visit Delhi in my life.[/quote'] Totally disagree....In delhi at least the corruption is exposeed to a certain extent. In the south most media is owned by corrpt politicians and political parties.Besides there is no hero worshipping of politicians in the north like in the south(at least the actor turned politicians)so it is easier to point fingers at them. Another major difference is that Delhi being the national capital has more politicians .Saare desh ke chor yahan aate hain. I think your labelling of people of Delhi as corrupt or without work ethics is unfortunate.

The accommodation, built for the athletes during the Commonwealth Youth Games held in Pune in 2008, which is a feeder event to judge a nation's preparedness for the Main Commonwealth Games, is still under construction. Its been 2 years. None of it got reported, except for the state Marathi media in particular. Hence everyone thought they could get away with this kinda "preparation" even for the main event.

give it to modi and he will get it done.. govt can't handle this' date=' only private companies can..[/quote'] I'm sure no one will mind the camera zooming into his face and his zillion television ads with innovative marketing time-outs to make money, if he can pull this one off. He still can. But this is all hypothetical talk, veer.
