Why Randiv bowled the 'intentional' no-ball

Recommended Posts

This refers to a bit old match. But just now the truth has dawned upon me. People have wrongly blamed intentions of Sanga/Dilshan/Randiv to bowl a NO ball intentionally to deny a century to Sehwag. After Certified scientific analysis it has been proven that chances of Indian win increase upto 87% when Sehwag gets a century. Since Sehwag was nearing a century, SL immediately knew that only way to increase the chances of SL win was to deny Sehwag of a century. There were no bad intentions, they tried best for the win - till the last ball. :hatsoff: to the genuine fighter in Sanga and the analysts.

True - that would have been psychological disadvantage of epic proportions. 100 in a WC Final that too 100th that too while chasing!!.
but don't you remember, these events are so huge that his 100s do not have any effect in WC Finals. The players are too dedicated to the team cause to be affected by his 100 in the WC Final. His 100s only affect the performance in the group stages of the WC, not in the knockout rounds :giggle:
