Serious question here. No sarcasm. Can you even see anything in a F1 race? The cars would just whoosh past you and you wouldn't even know what happened.
F1 are known for fast cars and hot babes .. pehle cars dekho aur agar shoosh ho jaata hai to F1 babes dekho :dontknow: .. that anyways sounds like a recipe for sports-entertainment which is a tested recipe for success as IPL has already proved in all these years .. SRK is already promoting Mallyas F1 team ... then you would have Bollywood actors and actresses in Jaypee Sports City cheering for the F1 teams and hogging some international limelight too :giggle:

Mujhe 'fast cars' ya 'f1 babes' dekhne mein koi dilchapsi nhi hai. What tested recipe for success? People go to IPL games to see cheerleaders and celebrities? Do you really think so?
yehi dekhney main jaungi :nice:
Have a good time. :icflove: :two_thumbs_up:

I mentioned sports-entertainment in my post. IPL uses the mix of cricket and entertainment for its success and it is quite well known. It is not merely cheerleaders and celebrities but a mix of both these as well as the cricket and well as the fast paced game and the cowlashing. It is a mix of all these which makes IPL a huge success. Similarly, F1 would have speed and elegant sports cars with sports and F1 babes which should be a recipe for success. It will now depend on how they market the product. If they can market well and relate it to India's development then it might work out very well.

Indian GP tickets 'moderately priced'

GREATER NOIDA: Formula One fans in India, who wish to witness the inaugural Indian Grand Prix scheduled for October 28-30 at the Jaypee Integarted Sports Complex in Greater Noida, will have pay at least Rs 2,500 for the weekend (three days), Sameer Gaur, MD and CEO of Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI) told reporters on Friday. "We are in the final stages of deciding the pricing of tickets for the Indian Grand prix. We want to involve as many people as possible, not just from Delhi/NCR but other parts too. The tickets will be moderately priced. The sale of tickets is likely to commence in a month's time. At this time, I can only say that the lowest denomination of the tickets would be approx Rs 2,500 for the weekend. The price of the grandstand ticket will be around Rs 30,000-35,000," said Gaur. With the stands boasting of a capacity of about 120,000, Gaur said the organizers will consider providing discounted tickets to the students. The organizers are also considering providing feeder buses from metro stations and different parts of Delhi for easy accessibility at no extra cost. The 5.14 km race track, being developed by German architect Herman Tilke at an approximate price of $400 million, has been named as the Buddh International Circuit. The circuit's official logo, designed by adman Prasoon Joshi, was unveiled by the organizers in Greater Noida on Monday. The organizers assured that the facility will be ready in time to host the event unlike the Commonwealth Games whose mismanagement dented India's image abroad. "We are prepared because our reputation is at stake. Our country's reputation is at stake. The track is already complete and stadium is getting ready. The homolagation (approval by the FIA) will be done in July. Hopefully, we can celebrate the Independence Day here," said Manoj Gaur, executive chairman, Jaypee group. With turns as wide as 20 meters where four to five cars can jostle for overtaking, the track will be in full compliance with the new FIA guidelines. The organizers also said that lot of parties like the MotoGP and V8 Super car series have shown interest in using the race track during off season.
