I can't believe Harmison was practicing on the pitch during break

Come on, even we folks know we can't practice on the pitch once the game's started. Harmison though along with Plunkett was practicing bowling on the square. The law states if the bowler does practice in the square then the bowler that was practicing should not be allowed to bowl for the next hour or something. Of course the umpires have no clue about this one and neither did the fourth umpire came out to stop Harmison from bowling. The commentators know the rule though, it was just read out. I'm not a big fan of rules but isn't it a shame the commies know the rules better than the umpires (including 3rd and 4th)?
