kabira
^exactly, could be blessing in disguise. I am thinking pitch will dry out and become faster. And if its sunny day, batting will be considerably easier than on first day. We scored 280 odd in Lords first innings. conditions on that day were tough as well, cloud cover, it swung all day that particular day. We need to come out with positive mindset like Lords first innings, don't let go any lose deliveries. If possible attack Swann Link to comment
wobblydoggy
I am glad that my team answered this one for me. :two_thumbs_up: Yes they did I think ours would have too if we had won the toss Link to comment
THX_1138
Predict the margin of India's defeat (Redux) Test 2, Same silliness, same team of injured and half fit bumbling idiots. Predict the margin of India's defeat: I imagine about 150 odd. Link to comment
wobblydoggy
The conclusion English struggle against trundlers on their home conditions English will struggle and have struggled on dust bowls in India. So if they can't play home and away, how can they be number :--D Every team has a bad day. I think they tried to push the scoring to hard and got out Like Bell and Strauss and Pieterson the rest was great bowling Link to comment

I disagree I think you will win if you only lose two wickets in this mornings play. The sun is coming out and TB will change then Link to comment
THX_1138
well as good as dravid and laxman are, rarely have they batted overnight and remained stoic the following morning. their heroics are usually midday till near the end of play... Link to comment
NareshK
Yeah its hard to find India getting shot out for 200-250 on Indian wickets and they rarely struggle against spinners from other teams. We do much better in foreign conditions than they do over here. Link to comment

Kookabura
India may struggle to make 200 if we lose 2 wickets before lunch. Otherwise, 250-280 is fair game. Link to comment
