RP Singh didnt deserve a recall

B Kumar, his teammate, is doing better than him. There seems to be a mental lapse in picking new players. I cant understand how Umesh Yadav, and Unadkat were picked before PK. And I think the reason stems from the fact that the selectors arent watching a majority of the Ranji matches to figure out the real deal. They are selecting players based on mass opinions, and one-off international/first-class performances. I read somewhere that he had taken 24 wickets in 7 domestic games recently. I though he did well enough reading that and hence he was picked.

Well at least that's consistent. Sreesanth and Bhajji haven't deserved a test selection for some time either.
