Cricket Tragic
KT  Thread title: List of players who should Never play ODI cricket For India :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical::hysterical: Link to comment
kabira
This is the first time Jadeja won us a chasing match and saw it off till the end. Certainly an important stat for a player who bats in a 6+ position. Yes he played sensible cricket, except that 2nd run brain fart. But i still think he is not number 7 batsman. He should bat at number 5. Link to comment
Jersey #10
Good Fielder? - yes Good Batsman? - 50% Good Bowler? - 50% Overall, a very good alrounder to have until we find someone dependable Link to comment
Jersey #10
This man is possibly the worst runner I have seen in pressure situation' date='always gets nervous and shows that nervousness through his running,Today he got lucky due to that joker keyswetter but hopefully playing with Dhoni will help him learn on how to [b']stay calm in pressure situations. Dhoni is so calm in the worst of the situations that it seems like he's drinking ice cold beer in antarctica Link to comment
cowboysfan
He is adequate because of his bowling, nothing more.He will never turn into a genuine all-rounder,so that search will continue. Link to comment
punjabi_khota
He is very very poor man's Manoj Prabhakar. Link to comment
BERGKAMP
I like him, and Dhoni likes him. He will be a main stay in the team for many years to come. Link to comment
Yoda-esque
Hes going to get found out in Oz Link to comment
kabira
^well why is that?? he bats at 7 and aussie pitches are beauties, ball comes nicely. He will like the pace. Link to comment

He will like the pace.[/quote'] Bounce, My Friend Bounce..:winky: To succeed there, you need to have a good repertoire of horizontal bat shots. Dont think Jadu has those. For that matter, I do not think Virat will succeed there as well. Rahane might do well. Link to comment
kabira
LOL Jadeja has good cut show. Virat can pull and hook. There is no bounce there man, the pitches like Adelaide, Sydney, Hobart are flat decks, even Perth has become flatter Brisbane is the only pitch which has bounce. Link to comment
Yoda-esque
^I hope for our sake that they both perform, but I have my doubts ,especially regarding Jadu Link to comment
kabira
I know Virat will for sure. we had doubts about Gambhir, but he was highest scorer last time in ODIs.. Link to comment
IKnowU
Jadeja >>>> Yuvraj Better fielder and bowler. Batting yuvraj gets the edge. Link to comment
kabira
The key in Australia is running between the wicket, you need good runners in the team, Gambhir, Virat, Dhoni, Raina can run hard. Jadeja can run fast, but he is iffy caller. Link to comment
Pagalpanti
Jadeja is improved than we last saw him, needs be consistent though, so far with bat hasn't disappointed. Been alright with the ball. Link to comment
Manny_Pacquiao
i don't see a great deal of improvement, to be honest. he can hit the ball harder and backs himself to clear the boundary, but aside from that, there are no real changes. he is only in the side because yusuf wasted his chances at the world cup and on tour in WI. i cant stand these bits and pieces cricketers. my biggest pet peeve is seeing these jack of all trades, masters of none being selected for the side. india's best teams have always had specialists. in the world cup, they were mainly a specialist side without an all rounder. i dont know why they keep selecting these talentless players, they are bound to disappoint sooner or later. Looks at the last few years.................... Dartbhjan Yuvraj Yusuf And when we select a actual allrounder, he gets rubbished :giggle: What a joke! Link to comment
King Tendulkar
I was wrong and stupid to condemn a kid. His bowling has always been good for oodis, now his batting vastly improved p.s may times I praised him. Its now down to others to be less stubborn and realise that actually Jadeja is a decent odi player with great potential. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Also he will no doubt improve a lot over next 3 years. Again do not forget his a kid at 22 Link to comment
