Trichromatic
Ishant was given out even though he was not out in first test. Now Bravo edged a ball, he is still on crease. Did Brathwaite got a bad decision earlier in this series? Funny how shastri calls these as unfortunate and doesn't cry much about it for long. There have been more unfortunate cases in this series. BERGKAMP
good move, it just wasn't meant to be for yuvi in tests. hopefully this doesn't affect his odi form and he can continue smashing it. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Excellent news and good decision. Kohli will be in for 3rd test:yay: Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Feel sad for yuvi though, he really wanted to be the man in tests for his country. But he was just not good enough! Link to comment
BeautifulGame
Finally common sense from Selectors.Yuvi is a great ODI player but he simply doesnt have the technique for even flat wickets unfortunately. But i think Kohli should be ahead of Rohit when it comes to the starting XI. Link to comment

There will be initial disappointment at his Test career being ended but unfortunately Test cricket never worked out for him, better to focus on what he is strong at. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
home ground. Rohit should grab the opportunity with both hands. Link to comment
BeautifulGame
Also surely this must mean Rohit will be in the test squad for Australia consideirg he is very unlikely to play in the 3rd test Link to comment
J P K
what is happening in selection committee these days they are taking some good decision very quickly they have already sacked bhajji yuvi shree nehra etc who is next :nervous: Link to comment
fineleg
home ground. Rohit should grab the opportunity with both hands. Will MSD pass Kohli (who has been waiting ahead in squad in Tests 1 and 2)? I think Kohli gonna get a match at Bombay since he was selected earlier. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
Also surely this must mean Rohit will be in the test squad for Australia consideirg he is very unlikely to play in the 3rd test i would prefer him above Kohli . Rohit has just finished couple of first class games. Will be match ready. Link to comment
fineleg
^ Not sure what kaanphidensh logic MSD will use though? Link to comment
rajmarie
Finally...hoping Kohli gets his chance rather then Rohit. Although...I will prefer both getting a Test at home...& 1 of the big 3 getting a break. One of VVS/RD will be my choice for resting. Sachin at home for his 100th 100 will be ok. Link to comment

Yep, SRT should play in Bombay. I think VVS can be rested. He is the one with bad back, weak knees etc. Save him for Aus-slaying later. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
Yuvraj was utterly shamboilc both as a batsman and fielder in the 2nd test Link to comment
kabira
Kohli should get go ahead. Link to comment
rahulrulezz
I hope this doesn't mean Rohits automatic selection in Odis. Ffs, he is not an ODi material. Doesn't know how to rotate strike Link to comment
jusarrived
Virat should get a 50 atleast , which will seal his spot in the playing 11 for Aus. Link to comment
