Match fixing scandels, teams internal management issues, retirements, un-retirements, bans, changings of captains & coaches, judicial enquiries, jail sentences to players BUT... Despite all controversies, Paksitani team is the most successful ODI team of 2011. Yes, we mostly played against less stronger teams like WI, Zim, BD but beating NZ in NZ, qualifying for WC Semi Final, beating SL and most importantly not loosing any ODI series are the highlights of the year... Few very important and consistant performances by Pakistani Players. In batting: Hafeez, Misbah, Umar Akmal & Younis Khan are so far among top 15 most runs scoring players... Similarly in bowling Afridi, Ajmal, Hafeez and Gul performed consistantly and so far among top 15 ODI wicket takers :two_thumbs_up: Congratulations to Pakistan, Pakistani Team and Pakistani Cricket Fans and Best Wishes for 2012...

PCB has finally got something right. If they can keep organizing matches against Zim' date=' Bang, WI, NZ year after year, they can claim to be the 'most succesful team of the year' every single year.[/quote'] :giggle: the beginnings of tier II. pakistan can claim to be the founding fathers.

Why don't you play 7 match series 'away' with Netherland' date=' Scotland too? You might be the best team in the history.[/quote'] Reminds me of that 12 match winning streak they had against Bangla and Zimbabwe back in 2008 which had them anointing Shoaib Malik as a great captain :giggle:

and another very important thing' date=' as we know not a single match been played in home grounds so winning at this ratio away from home :two_thumbs_up:[/quote'] umm seeing those stadiums full of men in shalwar qameezs in UAE during the odis was pretty much lahore or rawalpindi, and same for the conditions, the pak team were more home in UAE than pakistan for many obvious reasons.
