cricketics, any more such interesting pairings in past few years you have seen? please do not bring uo paes navratilova into this :D
I remember Kim Clijisters and Lleyton Hewitt. Eventually they decided to marry each other. Few month laters their planned marriage was cancelled and they broke up. Also remember Hingis/Federer teaming up. Later Federer teamed up with Mirka, his eventual wife. Also Bopanna's new mixed Doubles partner Lisa Raymond, teamed up with Leander to win the 1999 Wimbledon.

but IMO if the serena roddick pair got their play correct , that is syaing they got the synchro correct , then the serves of roddick and the muscle power of serena will have no limits and obviously should be a easy tournament for them , but lets see
Not too sure about that. Year ago world was taught that big singles champ can still be stunned in doubles if they don't play the format on regular basis. Pair of Djokovic/Nadal were beaten by yougn canadian upcoming pair of Raonic/Pospisil.

Easy victory for Mirza/Mahesh in the end but a tough 2nd set for Paes/Stepanek who were broken and had to come back. They broke and came back and eventually won the tense set in a tie break. Both our teams won in straight sets. Now one game remains for the day. Rohan Bopanna/Lisa Raymond. It's the last game on court 4.

Dolgo is a tricky player to play against because has a similar game to Tomic (likes to mix it up a lot with heavy slice), and is a bit more physically mature (23 vs. 19). So for Bernie to get out of that match is a bonus. Still about 2-3 years away from a fair dinkum crack at top 5/top 10, but he's definitely coming. Will be thrilled if he can take a set off Federer as he did in Davis Cup, and against Djoker at Wimbledon.
