How has Bihar been doing under Nitish Kumar with respect to Industrialization? IIRC, in the 90s, Bihar had one of the worst ( if you look at it that way) ratio of workers employed in agriculture: others. Others basically meants services or industry/manufacturing. Sincerely hope he manages to get some kind of manufacturing or service sector related growth going on in Bihar. With most of the mines (Bauxite and the others) gone to Jharkhand, it might be a difficult ask though. I've read that the flood situation was handled quite well by Nitish Kumar. Can only feel proud when an administrator is on top of such situations. :two_thumbs_up:

THere two pictures aren't from Bihar .
Yup, the first one is from Malaysia: http://wordsmith.sulekha.com/albums/allphotos/slideshow/99619.htm Second one is from Switzerland: http://photos.sulekha.com/albums/tags/lake-lake-geneva-lake-l-man-swiss-lake/slideshow/221177.htm Not sure why one would claim them to be from Bihar. Having said that, I travelled by road across UP and Bihar, and was quite impressed with the strides that Bihar is making. Still early days, but if it keeps going on it's current path, it should be lifting people out of poverty in huge amounts within the decade.
